Chapeau 1987, featured on The World’s 50 Best Bars Discovery platform, is internationally recognized for its excellence in cocktails, hospitality, and concept-driven experiences. Founded by Matías Iriarte Turnes, owner, director, and Mijenta Ambassador in Spain, the bar is celebrated for its creativity, precision, and warm hospitality. For this special event, Matías will present a curated selection of Mijenta cocktails, showcasing Chapeau Palma’s signature approach to flavor, craftsmanship, and guest experience.
